Our goal is to share our experience on a cost plus overhead basis to Clients who wish to build their dream home from a distance, but want full control of every aspect from design to completion. The home was created on Marco Island, Florida by our Team, in cooperation with our Client, from a sketch on a napkin of a resort the Client stayed in.
